The behaviorist perspective is concerned with how environmental factors affect observable behavior
and proposes two main processes whereby people learn from environment:
namely classical conditioning and operant conditioning.
"The ideal of behaviorism is to eliminate coercion:
to apply controls by changing the environment in such a way as to reinforce the kind of behavior that benefits everyone."
-B. F. Skinner
Seeing a need for this perspective in these areas, we formed our multidisciplinary agency in "The Heart of It All" to provide scientific solutions. Our effect has consistently grown since then, all thanks to the helping hands of our amazing communities!
"Our mission is to reach for the light continually through Environmental Stewardship, Social Science, & Civil Service."
We focus on making the maximum positive effort for our communities. Our talent and apprentices provide the momentum that helps us affect change. Using data driven models, we provide solutions that make a long-lasting difference.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we will continue taking these additional restrictive measures to ensure your health.
